Bonus Opportunities: Each employee has the chance of getting a bonus based off the total amount of hours they worked during the entire season. This chance is determined strictly by each individual employee and their ability to follow through with their employee contract.
Wages: Our wages are strictly based on the position of the employee. We have 3 positions for each pool we service and always encourage them to do bigger things during their time with us and after.
