We provide the following services to all of our summer-management clients.
Pre-Season

| Opening Assessment | We collect information necessary to operate your pool: Contact Information, daily operation customization, staff preferences, pool rules (passes, guests, parties), and pool specifications. |
| De-Winterizing | Uncovering the pool, draining and cleaning the pool, filling and running the pool, chemical balancing, and pool deck staging. |
| Pump Room Prep | Cleaning, organizing, and chemically stocking the pump room. |
| Regulatory Compliance | A pre-inspection report to management on any issues that need attention before city inspections. Any arising issues will be resolved and a city inspection will be scheduled and attended. |
| Opening Report | A summary of activities performed by Sublime Aquatics during the preseason for your records. |
Season
| Operation | Summary |

| Lifeguards | Hired specifically for your pool, transparent bi-weekly schedules, trained in customer service and communication techniques, and holding a valid recognized lifeguard certificate. |
| Daily Procedures | Opening duties performed by guards before the pool is scheduled to open, hourly duties to keep the pool looking good all day, and closing duties to prep for the next day. |
| Weekly Reports | Weekly chemical logs, chemical adjustments made, incident reports, employee accountability reports, and resident services reports. |
| Maintenance Issues | Complimentary pump-room plumbing maintenance and affordable equipment maintenance if needed. |
| Resident Services | Support for your residents to contact us in regards to any issues or compliments regarding the lifeguards or pool. |
Post-Season
